Training Tip: When was the last time you tried to step outside of your comfort zone? You pressed 5-10 more pounds, squatted a weight youve never tried before, attempted to hold that plank an extra 30 seconds or maybe just said to yourself... Today, Im going to get outside of my comfort zone! Youll be amazed how your body progresses the minute you decide to be comfortable, getting uncomfortable. #getbetter
