Training for EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN (EMT-B) is now open for interested applicants. The said training will start on September 3, 2013. Requirements will include the following: 1) Current, unexpired certificate on Standard First Aid Training(SFAT) 2) Current, unexpired certificates on Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers with AED Operation Course (for nurses) OR Basic Life Support: Community CPR for Lay Rescuers, 3) physically fit (present your Medical Certificate), 4) One must pass the Interview and Qualifying exam (INTERVIEW WILL START ON AUGUST 2 2013; QUALIFYING EXAM WILL BE ON AUGUST 23, 2012; ORIENTATION WILL BE ON SEPTEMBER 2, 2013), and 5)One must be of good moral character.
