[Trans] Yonghwa Shu Uemura Interview in Shanghai (tudou/programs/view/FacQhync9cY/?bid=03&pid=2&resourceId=0_03_05_02) Yonghwa brought his warm smile to meet with the fans in Shanghai. He was brought to fame after acting in the drama You’re beautiful. And his status as a singer further allowed his talent to become his charm. The new album sold well in Japan and Yonghwa who was in a very good mood showed that he was very excited (during the fanmeet). YH: Be it in Japan or Korea, when a new album is released, as compared to the amount of sales that we garner from the release, to me I feel happier that the songs that I have made are well received. Because of the great amount of love we have received from the fans, we are really thankful to the fans and I will work harder in the future. Dabbling in both singing and acting, Yong hwa’s schedule for 2014 is packed to the brim. But to be able to work with such a busy schedule, to yonghwa, it is a really happy thing. YH: Right now, I am looking at many scripts and I am also busy preparing for my solo album. Although it has not been decided which one will come first, to be able to have so many good tidings, I feel that it will be a good year. Yonghwa who has not filmed a movie before hopes to be a movie actor as soon as possible. Due to his work schedule, he comes to China often, hence he hopes to kick off his movie career in China. YH: I have never filmed a movie in Korea before, and I really want to try to film a movie. As I come to China often because of work, I feel like I’m beginning to like China more and more. Hence I really want to try to act in a movie someday, and it doesnt matter which actor/actress that I work with, I am open to working with anyone. Qn: What genre of movie? YH: Be it any genre, I have the confidence of accepting it well. To be able to do well both as an actor and a singer, it’s not an easy thing to do. But Jung Yonghwa has great confidence that he can do fairly well in both areas. YH: Firstly, because I am mainly a singer, it is good that people call me a singer, and when im acting, its good that people also call me an actor. I feel that I do well in both areas hahaha.
