Transition: Bhujapidasana (shoulder pressing pose ➡️ Tittibhasana (firefly pose) ➡️ Bakasana (crow pose) ➡️ Salamba Sirsasana II (tripod headstand) ➡️ Parsva Bakasana (side crow) ➡️ Eka Pada Koundinyasana I ➡️ Eka Pada Koundinyasana II ➡️ Chin stand with scorpion leg variation ➡️ Upward facing dog ➡️ High plank ➡️ Chaturanga push-up ➡️ End in downward facing dog. This was a tough sequence for me today...this is probably my 5th attempt without face-planting! :)) (video is sped up 1.5x original speed)
