Transportation Minister Stephen Del Duca is reviewing a perk giving Metrolinx employees and their friends free rides on the regional transit authority’s Go trains and buses. Free guest passes are only supposed to be used occasionally, but the transit agency doesn’t track how often employees use their free rides. Metrolinx defended the perk saying it gives their employees an incentive to use transit and offers them a customers point-of-view. What do you think of Metrolinxs perk?
