Travel nightmare! Arrived to LAX two hours early, but rental car shuttle was super delayed, so didnt arrive to check bags until 45 minutes before flight. Advised greeter (Joann Dell) in red jacket that I was catching 9:40 flight, and she said no problem, youve got plenty of time. After 5 minutes, I went back to her and again she assured me not to worry. By time the agent could assist me, he said I was 1 minute late for check-in, but they could rebook me tomorrow for additional $400. After much complaining, they reduced to $150 and said they were doing me a favor. Now driving 2 hours back to Palm Springs for night.
