Travelling down the Cadoxton rd A474 today during the heavy downpours I approached the bus stop just before Neath College. I noticed a pedestrian walking on the foot path and moved towards the centre of the road . If I had not have done this I would have soaked the poor guy due to a very large flooded area of road probably due to a blocked drain. I checked my mirror to see if the car behind had shown him the same courtesy. I couldnt believe my eyes, the car had not moved over and the guy was hit by a wall of spray. I told my wife who was sat next to me and she informed me that it had happened to her when she got off the bus to go into college a few months back. She said that during the bad weather her and the fellow students try to avoid that spot at all costs. It has been like this apparently the last couple of years during her attendance at the college. Any chance Peter Hain MP could either look into this or delegate it to the relevant dept and keep me updated please. It is appalling that this has been an issue for over two years.
