Treat vagrants with caution: Repost from Sonstraal Heights page Went for a drive and landed up in Tosca st .Saw a vagrant pushing a trolley loaded with old iron etc .I confronted him and immediately noticed a small tattoo on his wrist that identified him as a 27 gang member. Not only a 27 , but a 27 Hollander .These are the guys who are the enforcers in prison .Their code is ... knie diep in die bloed....YOU DON T GET MORE DANGEROUS THAT A 27 HOLLANDER.He was quite surprised that I could read his tattoo s [ they call it DIE BOEK].I asked him who he killed. He answered me and said that at the age of 17 he was working on a ship and he and another guy had a argument so he stabbed him in the head a couple of times. He was caught when he tried do dump the body overboard. Did 17 years in prison. So this is the type of people that lots of residents see as harmless and just a poor bergie .Remember these people never fit back into society after their prison time. Nearly forgot .This guy also worked in someone s garden in Tosca Ave today .I v know what house and have also got a photo of the vagrant .This all while some kids were playing in the open area .Cant post the photo because certain people in our neighbourhood complained to SAPS the last time I did it .
