Tree Pose: Bring the weight into your left foot and leg and bend your right knee and place it on your left ankle, calf or thigh. Bring your palms together in front of your heart, or extend your arms over your head in a V shape. Find a point to focus your eyes on, which helps with balance. Stay here for 5 to 8 breaths. Retrace your steps slowly to release the pose and repeat on the opposite side.
