Trespasses against God, in one form or another, also always involved the violation of the Ten Commandments (see The First Commandment, The Second Commandment, The Third Commandment, The Fourth Commandment, The Fifth Commandment, The Sixth Commandment, The Seventh Commandment, The Eighth Commandment, The Ninth Commandment and The Tenth Commandment): "Thus saith the whole congregation of The Lord, What trespass is this that ye have committed against the God of Israel, to turn away this day from following The Lord, in that ye have builded you an altar, that ye might rebel this day against The Lord?" (Joshua 2:16 KJV)
