Tribal Unity will be hosting 2 fabulous workshops on Saturday 14th September 2013 with Pauline & Asif Qu This is a rare opportunity to learn West African dance and also African and Turkish drumming with this amazingly talented couple.... Workshop 1- West African Dance with Pauline Qu 1pm to 2.30pm £15.00 West African Dance - Come and learn some moves and chants to really feel the West African Groove Dancing to live drumming with Asif we will put together some sassy African combos. Workshop 2 - Drumming with Asif Qu 3pm to 4.30pm £15.00 Drumming - Using Darbuka, Frame Drum, Riq or zills. Come and learn some Arabic, North African and Turkish rhythms, suitable for beginners and more experienced drummers.
