Tricep super set to hit all 3 heads. 10 reps rope push down an 10 reps overhead tricep extension. As heavy as possible. When doing the tricep push downs keep your elbows at your sides. Do not let them move forward. For the overhead tricep extensions the same, try to keep your elbows in place and squeeze those triceps.
