Trick or Treat ? or Trunk and Treat? Watch carefully going door to door when you’re out for trick or treat There are cars that travel fast right there on that dark street. Be mindful of your surroundings There can be many dangers abounding Staying off the grass and keeping onto concrete. Can be an overwhelming feat, When in your excitement you want to get to that pleasant sweet A very yummy candy treat. There are pumpkins in the window, carved with much care Providing light along your way, just so you should always be aware Watch out for gangs of boys, always be alarmed And If you can; hang on to your mom or dads arm Always take a light, you may need to avoid a fight. And you can see your friends in costumes, much to your delight. Don’t be afraid of the dark night, Trick or Treating can be a fright If you listen, be cautious and not tarry, with you many treats you will carry. But if you want real safety and where danger doesn’t lurch You can come to Crossroads Calvary for a Harvest Festival at our church.
