Tried the breakfast at the Lion on Thepprasit soi 8 this morning... opens at 8am. Theres a good choice - breakfast sandwiches (sausage or bacon and egg), usual things on toast, a Super Saver (sausage, bacon, egg, toast, 99B), a minute steak breakfast (steak, 2 eggs, beans, fried potatoes, 160B), an American breakfast (someone said theres no such thing, but for 140B you get 2 eggs, ham, toast butter and jam, tea or coffee), and finally the one in the photo, the Breakfast Set for 160B - 2 eggs, back bacon, pork sausage, beans, mushrooms, grilled tomato, 2 toast, tea or coffee). It was cooked just fine, and the bacon especially was very good quality. Nice strong tea. Went down a treat.
