TripAdvisor Sunday Mothers Day 2014 went into the SPEAN BRIDGE WOOLLEN MILL today for mothers day ... we asked who the chef was and were told by a young lady called Jodi Neville that it was Chef extraordinaire Neil Williams himself ... oh good i thought ive been dying for him to cook our panini and baked potato for us . its so busy in Mill and if chef Williams is cooking the waiting list is very long but really worth the wait . he made us a lovely panini of cheese and tomato and my 101 year old mother a sandwich with the crusts taken off because they get stuck under her false teeth . David Macdonald was in charge we got told and he was strawberry tart maker .. hes a bit fruity is that one ... the only other person on was a boy called Andrew Craig who looked a bit shifty . ill be dragging my elderly mother back whether she likes it or not (thats if her medications worn off obv ) .. i love the Woollen mill its such a treat in a town of rubbish places to eat . ill be recommending Chef Neil Williams for an award and the rest of the staff can have 50p . thanks neil for cooking up a storm Mrs Twattfluffer.
