True Beauty By Richard Lewus Morgan What is beauty? Is it something that is put on our face? To cover up the misnamed thing known as a face? Is it when people say you are cute or hot? What makes them think you are not? Who decided beauty? Was it not you? And on that note is your Que. For the person that decides beauty is you. Beauty is not being on the inside and looking out. When the thought of your face makes you want to shout. And when you shout I’ll shout too. Because you need to check your point of view. Beauty isn’t what you think. In all reality beauty stinks. It’s this word that decides who is cool and who is not. The word is really a shot. A shot to your self-esteem to bring you down. And that’s not what we need in life. To be brought down is a scary thing. It makes you feel like crying. When you cry I’ll be there. To reassure your confidence in youself. Telling you that I have faith in you. That you know better than to look from the inside out. Look from the outside in. Cause that’s where your beauty is. Someone needs to see what you have got inside. Because you no longer have to cry. The reason why is simply this. Because if you focus only on looks There is a whole lot more you will miss.
