True contentment! 1Ti 6:6 But godliness with contentment is great gain. People today are looking to be satisfied and find great contentment. They are searching for this contentment in many areas. The problem is that they are not looking in the right areas for this contentment. When you find contentment in this area, you will truly achieve great gain. Let me share with you where contentment can be found. Contentment can be found in living your life for Jesus. When Jesus came to live on earth just over 2000 years ago, He came to live his life for the purpose of others. We as Christians must have a goal in life to be Christlike and purpose to get to know him better than what you do. Contentment can also be found in being in Gods will. The best place you could ever be is where God wants you to be. Many people make decisions in life about their circumstances based on feeling. Base your decisions on your faith in God and your trust in the fact that satisfaction will come from Him. Last of all, true contentment is found in living your life for others. We may suffer through rough things in life, but we must always remember that there is probably somebody who has it a lot worse than us. Determine that you will be content to help somebody else today.
