Truly sad. The passing of a giant. Ray and Helen Farabee were most responsible for the passage of the Indigent Health Care Act in 1985. Ray went on to serve his state actively for another 15 years, and to serve his community until his passing. He was a kind, courteous, old school gentleman to boot.
