: Trust Him to Do Whats Right Mary was not asking Jesus to perform a miracle; she was simply informing Him of the embarrassing situation brought on by not having enough wine for all the guests. Perhaps she was used to talking with Jesus or asking for help when problems arose. Jesus response to Mary is somewhat puzzling to us—and may have been to Mary as well. Nevertheless, she apparently trusted Him to do what was right. Mary submitted to Jesus way of doing things. She recognized that Jesus was more than her human son—He was the Son of God. Those who believe in Jesus but run into situations they cannot understand must continue to trust that He will work in the best way. When we bring our problems to Christ, we may think we know how He should take care of them. But He may have a different plan. Like Mary, we can submit and allow Him to deal with the problem as He sees best. Faith in the Lord includes submission, which is an expression of confidence that He will do what is right and best. How confident are you that God has your best interests at heart? If you doubt Him today, take your doubts to Him in prayer. By obedience we show God how much we love Him. Even though we cant do anything to gain our way into heaven, Its about what Jesus done for us,but we still can have faith and be obedient. God loves you and I do too. Have a blessed day- Big B
