Trust me...these could change your mind about brussel sprouts forever!! ****************************************************** Roasted Brussel Sprouts Serves 4 A new way to enjoy these cute little green bites Prep Time - 10 min Cook Time - 20 min Total Time - 30 min Ingredients 2 lbs small Brussel sprouts 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp pepper 1 tsp chili powder 1 lime, juiced Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 400 2.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper 3.Cut the bottom stem off of each brussel sprout and then cut bulb in half, repeat for each 4.Lay in a single layer on the baking sheet 5.In a small bowl combine salt, pepper and chili powder 6.Sprinkle spice mixture over brussel sprouts 7.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are browning on the edges and are fork tender 8.Remove from oven and sprinkle lime juice over the hot brussel sprouts 9.Serve!!
