Trusting your your self to breathe is a choice and when choosing it we receive options to help manage situations........ Situations can and do get on anybodys last nerve at any time any place and heres an exercise you can practice in the event of your next encounter and experience for your self, the power of the mindfulness of your breathing. When the encounter takes place, allow it to remind you to just watch your breathing; no manipulation or control just allow your breath to just move, thats all, let it free. In this practice you will not attach to the energy of the illusion and the situation will settle. Trust your self to breathe.
