BBQ pork chops - bottle of BBQ sauce, bottle half refilled with scotch whiskey and same again of water. Couple of good splashes of soy sauce ( I used dark as thats what I had) 2 heaped tsp of chopped lazy garlic, basil and oregano. Mixed it all together and added 4 pork chops and tossed to make sure they were well covered. I was very late putting it on so I cooked it on high for 3 hours last 15 minutes without the lid. Absolutely gorgeous and not at all spicy so kids would love it if theyre a bit fussy like mine. My sauce was quite runny so if you want it thicker I would maybe reduce the scotch and water or leave the water out totally. :-)
