**Truth be Told** just finished my Fourth consecutive week with the Elders. (Missionaries from LDS church) I am not Mormon, nor will I Ever be again.. But I respect what they are doing with their lives, in serving the Lord. They have had No chance to open their Bible or book of Mormon because our conversations get very deep very quick! (We all have a few scriptures memorized, right?) Well, next week I will be serving them dinner. I have been shocking them with my Real questions for over a month now. Ive never been rude to them, nor have they been to me. These men are Young and have Great Spirits. I have Valid questions that they do not have answers to. And props to them for being honest! I do not deny their testimonies and they can not deny mine. I would like to personally give these men credit for sticking out Several uncomfortable situations. One of these elders actually shared with me with his own personal Rap about his life, questions about God and goals he is intending to follow. The Elders will be back here on Tuesday for dinner and they have agreed to come My church (Grace Community Church) this Saturday. Im not trying to persuade them, simply open their eyes. We may not have the same beliefs but what does that matter? I listen to them and they listen to me. To keep odds on end, they have agreed to step aside and see the world from a different view. Now THAT is respect. Truth be told
