I have made this recommendation before and yes, it is a blind recommendation, as I have never been inside any of these places, But Hershey, PA. seems to be an ideal spot for a family vacation. Besides the chocolate factory, there is Hershey Park, where I have seen a couple decent looking roller coasters. there is the History of Chocolate Museum, an excellent looking golf course, a hotel/casino about 10 miles north. And very friendly people that live and work there. It is also near the Gettysburg Battlefield which is a destination all its own. Like I said, I aint ever been in these places, but they look like theyre worth investigating
