Try fish pose supported. I feel it is best to start here as the pose requires a lot from the spine and intercostals. Just put a firm pillow or roll up a big bath towel and put it under your lungs. You and then relax. If you like reach your arms over your head and let gravity do the rest. If you have pain you may like to bend your knees and put your feet on the ground. If you still have great pain then just try again tomorrow...its ok. The fish is great after a long work day...lots of bending over and all. Also can help in the morning if you wake with a kink in your neck or slept wrong on your pillow. This pose is awesome for noticing your inhale and learning to breath up into your lungs. The fish with relax and open your neck and soften your chin...creates a ease in your eyes and helps your belly too. Let the pose help you feel good...give it a min. Be gentle on your neck here and soft on your head. Close your eyes.
