Try this giant-set... I only did a few reps of each for an example and I look dead because this was at the end of my shoulder workout, but here it is... - Lateral raises x10 - Front raises x10 - Rear flys x10 Dont stop between sets... Talk about a burn out!! Also youll notice that with every exercise, Im leading with my elbows.
