#TryThisAtHome If you do not have a Bosu, you can do this with anything stable enough to elevate your feet OR just on the floor. ➡️Bosu Bridge⬅️ Shoulders and head remain comfortable on the floor with arms comfortably by your side. Squeeze your butt while lifting up and then return to about an inch from starting pint and go again. Try different variations by putting one foot across your knee or lifting a leg. This works your butt, hamstrings, adductors, and core. ⬅️Bosu Plank with Side-to-Side Toe Tap⬅️ While in plank, make sure your core is engage and right the entire time. Keep that butt right and down. Elbows should be directly under your shoulders with a nice long neck. Dont look up or down. Slowly and with control, tap each toe to the side, one at a time.
