Trying Morning workouts again! Its so much nicer to get it done in the morning. You feel good and ready to start the day! Want to work out but dont have time? Try these tips and get up a little earlyer to get it done! *SET 3 OR MORE ALARMS CLOSE togeather and set your phone away from the bed *Have your workout close already set put! * Plan and get your workout dvd ready in the player the night before! * ask a friend to join and text or call each other to keep each other accountable!!!:) If anyone is interested I would love to make a private group to help people get up and feel acxountable! :) Erika Fortner
