Trying a lot of new different stuff this week! Often times when you get stuck in a rut and cant get out its good to rethink everything!! Already posted my breakfast below for this week and for my dinners,lunchs, and snacks are buffalo chicken breast with cracked pepper and sea salt Brussels sprouts and also a plain chicken burger no bun or anything with broc. And cheese bites ..snacks are strawberries with fat free cool whip cucumbers and of course my all time fav yoplait light yogurt 💖💚💜 good luck this week to all of you lets stop think and regroup to get on the right track of getting that healthy gorgeous body we all want!!!!
