Trying new things Learned how to make braised red cabbage, spaetzle, beef rouladen, black forest torte, and a hot bacon dressing that was so good but sooo unhealthy. Gotta say i discovered i like German Food and the experience was great. The instructor laughed at her own mistakes and it really made me relax about cooking. I realized it doesnt have to be perfect and improvising is half the fun. And for those of u who havent had spaetzle its like a dumpling and its fiiirre. Try it sometime. Mmm
