Trying to cancel Charter, wow talk about a process. First couldnt find their web site, cuz they were Bresen, then Optinum then Charter. Second couldnt find a number call them. Then it was the wrong one. Third they cant cancel till they talk to Dale the account holder. Fourth they cant pick up equipment today we will have to drop it off. Fifth the gal I talked to started with the spill of wait a few months we are getting all new equipment and more channels. Ok well I want dish back ok UGGGGGG
