Trying to wrap my head around another death in my family . I spend more time with my residents at work than anyone in my life...i know them intimately . We laugh, we struggle..we cry together . I have learned of the sudden loss of part of this family today. Tomorrow i have to go to work ..see the empty bed..watch her things get packed. I comfort the family and other residents..and grieve inside. My heart is heavy, my prayers to her family ..and also for us, her caretakers, who also grieve our loss. rest in peace...
