Tsem Tulku Rinpoche: When we follow our spiritual convictions, - TopicsExpress

Tsem Tulku Rinpoche: When we follow our spiritual convictions, some people may not agree with what you practice or who your guru is. If you dont listen to them or their ways, instead of respecting your choice, they tend to put you down and try to drag you down. They make rumors or speak ill of you to others. They want to pull people away from you and those who are usually fickle will go away. But they would have anyways eventually. That is sad. But we have to remain steadfast and firm with our teacher, our lineage, our practice and our deities. Results do not come from pleasing naysayers, but from our integrity, keeping our word and being diligent with our practice. We have to be kind and do our work with dharma intentions. Because we are not perfect nor trying to be, we will slip. Dont think too much, just get up and continue. This song matches how we feel sometimes: https://youtube/watch?v=5FM5Akcjraw#t=115 Tsem Rinpoche (tsemrinpoche)
