Ttic .. Ive kept off jakom for a while .. when one keeps on someone with boiling-head issues (what others term as madness), gud pipo might categorize you the same .. But .. thot i should tell of this .. Jakom has come up with new strategy from ujeremani .. ie .. Keep off H.E. Pres Uhuru Kenyatta while hitting HARD propaganda with demagoguery on H.E. DP William Samoei Ruto .. one may ask, why? Simple answer .. Most individuals faced with a long term mental illness like bipolar disorder are at first in a state of denial. Some remain in that state for a short time and move on, some remain in that state for a longer period of time before moving on, and some never leave the state of denial .. Most commonly a person goes through five distinct stages on the way to final acceptance .. These were adapted from Elizabeth Kubler-Ross, On Death and Dying One may not experience these stages in one order & may go through some of the stages more than once .. Sometimes an event will trigger to experience one of these stages again.. The five stages are: 1. Denial - The No, not me stage. This stage is filled with disbelief and denial. ONE thinks the doctor (in the case of jakom - see Kenyan voters) has to be wrong, that there is no way you have a mental illness, especially not one that gotta have for the rest of your life .. 2.Anger/Resentment - The Why me? stage. Anger at the situation, perhaps anger at the person ONE perceive as triggering your episode (in jakoms case - see Dp Ruto & his loss in 2013 polls) .. Anger at the doctor (see Dp Ruto) and the hospital (See Voters) for their audacity in labelliing you with a mental illness (unable to to govern - not presidential material) .. Perhaps anger with ones-self for things one (see jakom) did that he thinks may have brought on the episode of bipolar disorder (election loss) .. Anger that it is him who has been afflicted, when it could so easily have been someone else .. 3. Bargaining - The If I do this, you’ll do that stage. Where one tries to negotiate (see National Dialogue) to change the situation .. wanted to bargain that will give up bad habits in exchange for wellness (half-loaf & sweets/comforts that come with power) .. if only the bipolar disorder goes away .. 4. Depression- The Its really happened stage. He realizes the situation isn’t going to change .. Perhaps he stopped taking his medication, only to discover that he became ill again .. but finally begins to set in, and ponders what this disorder is going to do to his life as he had known and accepted it .. This is a stage of preparedness fo acceptance, and finally one day it is reached .. 5. Acceptance - The I do have Bipolar Disorder stage. At this stage he will accept that he got the illness (never will he occupy the House on the Hill), and that he will have to have treatment for the rest of your life (accept & move on) .. Perhaps then he will seek support from others with bipolar disorder .. He will take have to take medication (retirement) and see doctor regularly (on Tv - Dp Ruto as Rais), realizing that need both to stay well .. So lets give Jakom some time .. hes come around & regain his senses from a boiling-head .. !! Gud pipo .. wonderful weekend to yall !!
