Tuesday December 2, 2014 Psalm 142:1-3 (NIV) I cry aloud to the Lord; I lift up my voice to the Lord for mercy. I pour out before him my complaint; before him I tell my trouble. When my spirit grows faint within me, it is you who watch over my way. This is a Psalm of King David when he was on the run hiding in a cave while others sought to take his life. David models for us turning to God and praying with our whole being, letting everything in our hearts and lives flow to God. Remember that Gods mercy, love, and strength always surrounds us and guides us, especially when our spirit is faint within us! This Advent are you coming to God with all of you? Will you trust that God compassionately hears your need today and will tenderly care for you guiding each of your steps?
