Tuesday the 29th -- the end of this lovely April is nigh -- (Isnt that a nice word, makes you feel all sorts of gooey and poetic and a bit Elizabethan) Beautiful here, sunny and its really warming up again, that is, yes, you heard it first right here -- near 90! Unheard of, or should be here, plus its supposed to last. Well see. Break out the shorts and the fans, maybe even turn on the air conditioner that hasnt been turned on in probably four decades. I hope the sucker works. I wrote 15 pages yesterday in 2 hours -- Ill tell you, it just came pouring out, maybe because I didnt work for four days and it was all building up, ready to burst, which it all did. When I go to my office in a couple of minutes Ill see if its good -- I cant believe that three of you know Coram, Long Island -- amazing, so please give me nice tidbits about the town? Small City? What do you call it? Everyone like the title Second Sight? Big time abs today (stretching first, dont forget, be thorough) -- at least two sets, shoulders back, crunch up, look at the ceiling. Go slow. Then upper body today, triceps, biceps, shoulders, back -- dont forget the obliques (you dont want love handles)
