Tuna is a year-old kitten who was brought to the shelter with her BFF, Eel. Eel has been lucky enough to escape the ACC and start a new life somewhere else, but Tuna is still horribly at risk. Anyone with eyes can see that Tuna is a calico tortie, but the ACC have listed her as being "black and white." This is the agency charged with caring for the lost pets of New York City??
