Daniels is known for his ability to sell negotiate, and close multi-million dollar deals for fortune 500 companies. He is a shrewd strategist with excellent organizational and team building skills. He joined Fedcap in August of 2012 and serves as it Director of Strategic Business Development As the Director of Strategic Business Development at Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, he is responsible for generating new business in Four core business areas: Facilities Management: Document management, manufacturing and workforce development. He is also responsible for managing $75,000,000 in annual revenue. He is also tasked with building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business opportunities. He serves as the primary business contact for the client and is tasked with client satisfaction. Fedcap is a non-profit that creates career opportunities for people with barriers to move toward economic independence. Daniels has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from Brockport State. He is a member of Jack & Jill, Rice High School Alumni association, Brockport State Alumni, and sits on board for Teaneck Youth Basketball, etc.) Daniels has received, or was honored, as Pioneer’s National Salesmen in 1996 & 1997.
