Like kickboxing, youll kick, punch and groove your way to a brand new body in this super effective workout. Turbo Kick® combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere where losing weight is the side effect of having FUN! Turbo Kick® is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workouts. No equipment needed! Heavy bags, kick shields and other equipment are costly and inherently more dangerous. Each workout starts with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training, and a cool down that work together to transform your body! Mondays at 6:30pm!
