Turn down the volume, and listen up! Women, can you relate to this? I love music like most people do. Yet, the messages in most music today are hidden behind the crazy beats we love, but we ignore it. Why? Why do we especially when it objectifies every part of us? This should be the outcry to all women for a change in how we are being perceived and treated in todays music. I have been quietly stating to my peers what this young lady says in her narrative.
