Turns out Nationwide are now being extremely awkward- Despite me sending details of every single piece of evidence I had they are now asking for further details despite this being within the information I have already sent them - they are asking for details of when the event was due to take place who was meant to be playing etc all because they are too lazy to read through the information and do a Google search- on top of this other people with Nationwide have received refunds and have confirmed this on this group - They also want information about when I have contacted liquidators/administrators and trading standards and citizens advice- absolute joke- Im getting the Ombudsman involved as this is not treating customers fairly at all
