Turns out the driver who hit me whilst on a jog, who was 89 I might add, has pleaded not guilty again.. As a result a subpoena has been issued for me to give evidence at court in March, dont know what aid Ill be since I have no memory of what happened. This man is ridiculous. Well the insurance company has admitted liability so theres no risk there at least. So so angry.. He almost kills me, puts me in a coma for weeks, hospitalises me for months (accident happened in June) and he cant admit it although there was witnesses that saw the whole thing! Jee wizz. (!!!)
