Tutorial This is one way to make your own inexpensive light box for great pictures of your work. I made mine from a large, plastic storage container, aluminum foil, tissue paper, white card board, and day light lightbulbs. My suggestion for the placement of the paper under and behind the piece is to not use two separate pieces of paper, but one. Use one long piece of paper or card stock and gently place it so theres a curve instead of a bend. You might need to use clips to hold the paper in place. This mimics the infinity line that professional photographers use in their picture setups. Play around with your camera settings, reflector card board sheets, and light position until your pictures look good. Take notes of all these details and take a picture from a few feet away for a visual reminder as well. One of the things I like about my box is that everything fits inside of it and it stores well. Nothing gets dusty or lost between photo shoots. JP has some great tips at the end of his coronet tutorial that can be found in our file section. What set up do you have?
