Tuxedo Stan is very happy! Today marked the official opening of the Nova Scotia SPCA low-cost/high-volume spay and neuter Veterinary Clinic! The clinic was funded with a $40,000 grant from Halifax Regional Municipality and a $76,500 grant from PetSmart Charities! The ribbon cutters were Reg Rankin, Deputy Mayor, Kristin Williams, Executive Director, Nova Scotia SPCA, Matt Gillie, PetSmart Charities Foundation, and Dr. Lesley Steele, PASVC Partner.
