Twelve New Listings Join the New York Stock Exchange NEW YORK, Dec. 17, 2004– In the week ended Dec. 17, twelve new listings joined the roster of New York Stock Exchange-listed companies. The common shares of theNew Alliance Bancshares, Inc., headquartered in New Haven, Conn., began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 14 under the ticker symbol NAL. New Alliance Bancshares, Inc., a bank holding company, joined the Exchange as a transfer from Nasdaq. The common shares of theBlueLinx Holdings Inc., headquartered in Atlanta, Ga. began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 14 under the ticker symbol BXC. BlueLinx Holdings Inc., a distributor of building products, joined the Exchnage as an initial public offering. The common shares of the Knoll, Inc., headquartered in East Greenville, Penn., began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 14 under the ticker symbol KNL. Knoll, Inc., a leading designer and manufacturer of office furniture, joined the Exchange as an initial public offering. The common shares of theLas Vegas Sands Corp., headquartered in Las Vegas, Nev., began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 15 under the ticker symbol LVS. Las Vegas Sands Corp. owns and operates the Venetian Casino Resort and the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada and the Sands in Macao Casino in Macau, China. The company joined the Exchange as an initial public offering. The common shares of theInterline Brands, Inc., headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 16 under the ticker symbol IBI. Interline Brands, Inc., a distributor and direct marketer of specialty maintenance, repair and operation products, joined the Exchange as an initial public offering. The common shares of theFeldman Mall Properties, Inc., headquartered in Phoenix, Ariz., began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 16 under the ticker symbol FMP. Feldman Mall Properties, a real estate investment trust (reit), is acquiring the business of Feldman Equities of Arizona, and is to purchase more under-performing malls and transform them into shopping meccas. The company joined the Exchange as an initial public offering. The common shares of theHerbalife Ltd., headquartered in Los Angeles, Calif., began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 16 under the ticker symbol HLF. Herbalife Ltd. is a global network marketing company that sells weight management, nutritional supplement and personal care products. The company sells its products through a network of independent distributors worldwide. The company joined the Exchange as an initial public offering. The common shares of theMacquarie Infrastructure Company Trust, headquartered in New York, NY, began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 16 under the ticker symbol MIC. KMG America Corporation is a newly-formed holding company, formed to acquire Kanawha Insurance Company, a provider of voluntary life and health insurance products in the southeastern U.S. The company joined the Exchange as an initial public offering. The American depository shares of thePetroleum Geo-Services ASA, headquartered in Lysaker, Norway, began trading on the NYSE on Dec. 17 under the ticker symbol PGS. Petroleum Geo-Services ASA is a technology focused oilfield service company principally involved in providing geophysical services worldwide and floating production services in the North Sea. The company provides a broad range of geophysical and reservoir services, including seismic data acquisition, processing and interpretation plus field evaluation.
