Twice this week... hello again! Ive got GOOD NEWS - Ive chatted with some youth & some parents, & I think - after the time changes for the Jacksonville Ice Skating rink - weve got it ALL figure out. Check it... Ice Skating is being delayed for a couple of weeks until Ive had time to poll enough of you to figure out an ideal date & time which also works for the skating center, HOWEVER... This coming FRIDAY, Jan 9th, we will meet at the Annex at church (where Youth & Encounter happen) at 6:15PM. From there we will travel to the Chapels parking lot & experience a few minutes of radical spiritual challenge & growth thanks to the excellent staff & partners of COMPASSION INTERNATIONAL... this short experience will encourage us to have a global perspective on Gods work, & hopefully a heart to serve (especially given our Cross Mission Trip coming up this June!) Itll be a relaxed, fun celebration of the start of 2015! Ill let you know about Ice-Skating ASATDWO (that is, As SoonAs The Details Work Out).
