Two 13-year-old boys have been charged and will be reported to the Childrens Reporter in connection with vandalism to Tullos Primary School, Girdleness Road, Aberdeen, in March and May 2014. Sergeant David Cowie of the Torry Community Policing Team said: There have been a number of vandalisms to the school since January this year and our enquiries remain ongoing. It is very sad to see a building at the heart of our community being targeted in this way. The majority of these incidents involve broken glass which, if not cleared properly could injure pupils within the school. Further to this, the cost to the school to replace damage windows etc, impacts on the children from the local community. The Torry Community Policing Team is dedicated to keeping people safe and will do everything possible to prevent, deter and detected these offences. I would ask the local community to assist Police with this problem and help put an end to this mindless vandalism. Anyone with information or who has seen something suspicious should contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if they wish to remain anonymous.
