Two Hour Delay with Possible Closure Wednesday, January 7 In accordance with Fauquier County Public Schools, SJES will open two hours late on Wednesday, January 7 and re-assess the situation in the morning. As some parents and staff have indicated, many roads in our area have yet to be plowed and because the safety of our SJES community is our priority, we will assess the weather and road conditions in the morning and decide if School should be closed. Please watch your email or the School website for the most up-to-date information. As always, we want you to do what is best for your family. It is always your decision whether to attend school or not when there are questionable road and weather conditions. In the event we do have only a two hour delay, please be sure to pack a lunch for those preschoolers. Refer to the SJES Inclement Weather Policy for class start and end times.
