Two Minnesotans came out on top in the Army National Guard 2014 Region 4 Best Warrior Competition at Camp Ripley. The Soldier of the Year is East Grand Forks native Sgt. Corbin Routier. He is an infantryman with the Bemidji based 2nd Combined Arms Battalion 136 Infantry, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 34th Infantry Division. Non-commissioned Officer of the Year is Staff Sgt. Michael Walker. He is a food service specialist with the St. Paul based Co.
