Two Positions-Part and Full Time Recep (Chicago-Loop) Exciting opportunity for a Front Office Receptionist in an Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic located in Chicago. We seek two strong, experienced, dependable, responsible individuals who can multi task! One position is Full Time 40 hours per week, one position is Part Time 20-24 hours per week. THESE ARE HANDS ON POSITIONS AND WE EXPECT YOU TO BE ABLE TO HIT THE GROUND RUNNING! • Must have 2+years of previous knowledge in a medical front office. • Must be proficient in Word and Excel. • Previous experience obtaining Insurance verifications & authorizations preferred. • Team player attitude, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service-willing to learn. • Be flexible with your hours We offer a competitive total compensation package including hourly wage as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, life and a 401(k) plan, in addition to other outstanding benefits such as Paid Time Off.
